Checklist questions are available for 12 categories of equipment preloaded into the system. Checklists are set up from 10 – 6000 hours of service hours. Daily and weekly checklist questions (1-50 hours) will populate for the field operator after they put the number of hours showing on the hour meter. The questions will automatically change depending on the number of hours on the meter or the elapsed time since the last check. The field operator checks each question with Satisfactory, Unsatisfactory, or Not Applicable. If any items are checked as unsatisfactory, a work order is automatically designed and will be completed by the field operator.

The maintenance department will receive an email notification when a new work order has been submitted.
